Although the bathroom was a bit on the small side, I like how the bathroom sink was outside separately to give it more space. It comes with a separate living room and a kitchenette the comes with a sink and mini fridge. One for my parents and one for us (a family of 4- my husband, 4 yr old and 16 month toddler). We stayed here over the Canadian thanksgiving holidays to go shipping at Grove city outlet and also to do some sight seeing in Pittsburg. I actually did not use it since I felt the manager handled things very well and did not want to be one of those people who complain about things to get a free ride. I only had an issue once and was given a free night stay for next time. The management is very quick to react if you have any issues with noise. If there are teams simply request a room away from all of the crazyness. Sometimes the pool area and down stairs are very loud.
The only warning I would give is to check if there are any kids sports teams staying there when you check in. The food served is mainly microwaved, but it's still pretty good. The bar area in the main lobby is very nice and the breakfast is good as well. They have a nice indoor pool with plenty of towels, its small but good for a quick dip. The cool thing is that even with the divider everyone can still see the TV. There is a 1/2 divider between the regular beds and the pull-out so my daughter still had some privacy. We get the room with 2 double beds and a pull-out. The place is very clean and the rooms are comfortable for those traveling with kids.
I have stayed at this hotel 4-6 times over the last 2 years and have been very happy.
